Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Director for Patient Support Services Platform Solutions to lead the transformation of PSS platforms across therapeutic areas. You will architect scalable CRM solutions, manage UAT/BRD ownership, and partner with Digital, Therapy Areas, and vendors to deliver enterprise-wide platform strategies.

This role requires executive presence, strong governance, and the ability to drive measurable patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in Biotech/Pharma industry.
• 5+ years leading CRM systems implementations (Salesforce, Health Cloud) as well as platform design.
• 5+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into actionable technology roadmaps and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Platform Solutions Team and establish effective processes.
• Oversee UAT and BRD ownership across releases.
• Define vision, roadmap, and prioritization for PSS platforms.
• Drive automation and evolution of the CRM ecosystem.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholder and vendor partner relationships.
• Translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
