Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Durham, NC seeks a Director of Patient Services Strategy to lead development and execution of patient support programs for DT120, a psychedelic-based psychiatric therapy. You will drive REMS, onboarding, treatment, and long-term follow-up with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment.

The role requires 10+ years in the field, deep REMS and compliance knowledge, and skills in stakeholder engagement, leadership, and digital patient engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years industry experience with at least 5 in Patient Services.
• Deep knowledge of PS compliance, REMS strategies, and regulated therapies.
• Experience in CNS/psychiatry, specialty pharma, or complex treatments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• design patient support programs including REMS, oversee onboarding, treatment, and long-term follow-up processes;
• integrate AI, automation, and digital tools for enhanced patient experience;
• develop operational workflows, training materials, and external engagement content;
• lead launch readiness activities and cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Marketing, and Regulatory teams;
• ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage promotional review processes.
