Qualifications

• B.S. / B.A. degree required.
• 5–7 years of recent pharma case management ops experience.
• 2–5 years first- or second-line people management experience.
• Strong understanding of medical and pharmacy benefit pathways.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, vendors, and performance management.
• Ability to use operational data and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the RERT Case Management team, setting direction, priorities, and performance standards.
• Educate and train team; foster inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Represent Patient Services Operations in leadership forums and portfolio meetings.
• Direct RERT Case Management operations across injectable, oral, and infused therapies.
• Define and optimize processes for new products, indications, and payer changes.
• Oversee external vendors and specialty pharmacy partnerships; manage SLAs and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, privacy, and pharmacovigilance obligations.
• Coordinate enrollment, benefits investigation, prior authorizations, appeals, and fulfillment.
• Support site-of-care needs and patient access; drive process improvements.
