Alexion in Boston and New Haven seeks a Director of Patient Services Operations for Rare Endocrinology & RareTumor (RERT) Case Management. You will lead a second-line people team, ensure compliant, patient-centered operations across injectable, oral, and infused therapies, and partner with specialty pharmacies and vendors.

This role drives process improvements, supports access programs, and translates strategic plans into workflows, timelines, and training.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of recent case management operations experience in pharma.
• 2–5 years first‑ or second‑line people management experience.
• Strong understanding of medical and pharmacy benefit pathways.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, vendors, and performance management.
• Experience using operational data and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Proven project and change management skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead RERT Case Management team, set direction, priorities, and performance standards.
• Represent Patient Services Operations in leadership forums and cross‑functional activities.
• Oversee operations and workflows across injectable, oral, and infused therapies.
• Lead readiness for new products and indications with defined timelines and training.
• Oversee vendors and external partners with SLAs and performance reviews.
• Coordinate patient access, enrollment, benefits investigations, prior authorizations.
• Drive efficiency through data, process mapping, and root‑cause analysis.
• Establish and monitor performance measures and risk indicators.
• Ensure compliance with policies, privacy, and quality standards.
• Serve as operational lead for cross‑functional initiatives.
• Work in office environment; travel up to 20% domestically.
