Job summary

Medasource is seeking an Associate Director, Engagement & Diversity Delivery to lead recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials, partnering across Patient Engagement, Clinical Capabilities, and Design Delivery to optimize strategy, content, vendor performance, and issue resolution.

You will provide financial oversight, evaluate performance, scale initiatives, and drive cross-functional collaboration, quality, and inspection readiness to deliver clinical assets on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field, marketing (or equivalent degree).
• Minimum 5 years experience in clinical trials/drug development or broader pharmaceutical industry.
• Post-graduate degree, e.g., PharmD, M.S., M.B.A. or Ph.D. (nice to have)
• Broad understanding of the pharmaceutical drug/device development process.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management tools and processes.
• Proven ability to lead, influence and deliver to timelines.
• Prior experience managing complex/cross-functional projects.
• Strong understanding of the clinical drug development processes and the interdependencies of the various tasks/functions.
• Experience working at and/or with clinical research investigators and representatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence team members and extended team members toward a common goal.
• Ability to anticipate and resolves key technical, operational, or business problems.
• Ability to drive and generate innovative solutions to increase clinical trial access for representative populations.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize recruitment and retention strategies across therapeutic areas, including budgets.
• Drive execution of the therapeutic/clinical trial strategy through goal setting and innovative recruitment/content.
• Collaborate to measure diversity strategies and community-based research.
• Identify innovative capabilities/vendors/third parties to operationalize strategies with KPIs.
• Create culturally sensitive health-literate deliverables for recruitment and content.
• Maintain relationships to increase enrollment and retention of representative populations.
• Ensure quality and inspection readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional communication and shared learning on experiences and best practices.
• Drive adoption of innovative approaches to optimize delivery and anticipate issues.
• Leverage data dashboards for continuous learning and improvement across studies.
