Job summary

Medidata seeks a Sr. Manager, Engagement and Communications to lead initiatives that improve patient and site experiences and strengthen internal engagement. You will craft messaging, reports, and narratives that align with CSR goals and OSIE strategy.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, measure impact with dashboards, and drive stakeholder communications across internal and external audiences to advance equity in clinical research.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships across diverse communities and stakeholders.
• Experience with social impact metrics and storytelling for CSR initiatives.
