Job summary

Pharmavise Corporation in Indianapolis, IN, seeks an Associate Director, Engagement & Diversity Delivery for a hybrid role supporting a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client.

You will lead recruitment and retention strategies to enroll representative patient populations, accelerate enrollment, and improve retention across clinical trials, partnering with Engagement & Diversity capabilities and services management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or health-related field (or marketing) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in clinical trials/drug development or broader pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize recruitment and retention strategies for representative populations across therapeutic areas.
• Oversee budgets and vendor performance to drive value-based delivery.
• Collaborate with Clinical Capabilities and CDDA to implement diversity strategies.
• Create culturally sensitive health-literate deliverables to optimize recruitment and retention.
• Maintain relationships with patient groups and professional organizations to boost enrollment.
