Competenze

Active RN license in Texas in good standing.
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical operations or similar healthcare settings.
Ability to develop and execute strategic operational plans.
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional influence.
Proven track record of staff development and team leadership.
Analytical skills to design and monitor processes and metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
