Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Ability to appraise and direct activities of others.
• Ability to lead a large group and maintain engagement and performance.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, JCAHO guidelines for registration/admitting.
• Experience in hospital revenue cycle functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient access functions to maintain daily operations according to performance standards.
• Develops and monitors monthly budgets and analyzes variances.
• Coaches and mentors managers and staff to achieve performance goals.
• Ensures policies are implemented and compliant with JCAHO and regulatory entities.
• Coordinates with IT to address system upgrades and resolve issues affecting operations.
