UT Health RGV is seeking an executive to lead Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, and Patient Access operations. You will set strategic direction, oversee budgeting, and drive performance across billing, enrollment, payer relations, and patient experience.

Required: a Bachelor's in Business or Healthcare Administration, plus 7 years in revenue cycle management; MBA preferred. This role focuses on optimizing revenue, compliance, and operational efficiency in a large academic medical setting.

Qualifications

• Seven years of management experience in revenue cycle or closely related field.
• Education aligned with business, healthcare administration, or related area.
• Experience in a large medical group or hospital/health system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for revenue cycle and patient access.
• Oversee credentialing, provider enrollment, payer relations and patient experience operations.
• Lead development and execution of annual revenue cycle plans with KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with new laws and regulations impacting revenue cycle practices.
• Drive continuous process improvements leveraging new technologies.
