Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Program Manager for Patient Access to optimize front-end revenue cycle performance, lead projects, and implement best practices.

You will liaise with central offices and facilities to maximize compliant revenue and improve patient experience. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in admitting and patient access operations in acute care, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, health information management, or similar.
• A Revenue Cycle Program Manager should have a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating diverse stakeholders and improving Revenue Cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes Patient Access processes and KPI performance with site leadership for continuous improvement.
• Acts as SME for patient access systems and technology; leads testing and implementation of new features.
• Develops and implements QA measures to improve service levels and consistency across patient access teams.
