Job summary

ATCC, a global nonprofit providing trusted biological materials, is hiring a Director, Partnerships. This remote leadership role guides strategic collaborations, licensing and alliances to advance ATCC's commercial and scientific objectives.

You will lead a partnerships team, shape governance, and work with Commercial, Science, Product, Finance and Legal to maximize value across ATCC’s offerings. Strong BD and negotiation skills required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience, or equivalent (Master's 12, PhD 8, HS Diploma 19).
• Experience leading strategic partnerships, alliances, licensing arrangements, and related growth transactions.
• Experience building business cases, financial models, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Partnership Strategy: Develop a roadmap advancing commercial objectives and growth.
• Drive Business Development & Market Engagement through industry networking and outreach.
• Oversee Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: negotiate and implement licensing and collaborations.
• Collaborate across functions (Commercial, Science, Product, Finance, Legal, Licensing, Quality, IT).
• Identify and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities expanding capabilities and market reach.
• Lead partnerships team, establish governance, metrics, and portfolio management.
