ATCC, a global nonprofit providing trusted biological materials, is hiring a Partnerships Manager. This remote role advances our commercial strategy and growth through business development, partnerships, and related activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have experience in life sciences partnerships, licensing, and market assessment, and can manage multiple projects, pipelines, and executive reporting while representing ATCC professionally in external forums.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or equivalent (Master's 6 years, PhD 3 years, HS Diploma 12 years).
• Experience supporting business development, strategic partnerships, licensing, or related growth initiatives.
• Ability to conduct market research, financial modeling, and risk assessments.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and engage prospective partners aligned with strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Coordinate due diligence, valuation, and negotiations for partnerships across functions.
• Support governance, term sheets, and implementation planning for partnerships.
• Maintain partnership pipelines, dashboards, and executive reporting.
