Job summary
Yahoo is seeking a Director of Product Management for Partner Search to lead strategy and execution for its third‑party Search ecosystem. You will manage a small PM team while owning a meaningful product area, driving growth in partner traffic, revenue, retention, and monetization through scalable platform capabilities.

Qualifications
- 9+ years in Product Management with PM leadership experience.
- Proven track record growing traffic, engagement, retention, revenue or monetization.
- Experience partnering with external partners in B2B2C, platform, or distribution ecosystems.
- Strong product and commercial judgment; ability to balance partner needs with outcomes.
- Analytical skills and using product data, experimentation and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance for Partner Search.
- Lead a small PM team and stay hands-on in product discovery and execution.
- Understand distribution partners, traffic sources, economics, and partner feedback to identify opportunities.
- Define strategy for third-party Search experiences, APIs, data, and monetization.
- Improve configurability, reduce complexity, and scale platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Engineering, Analytics, and Legal to launch capabilities.
