Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Partner Marketing to shape and lead joint go-to-market programs with Technology and ecosystem partners. You will build narratives, campaigns, and enablement that translate complex collaborations into market-ready value propositions for AI leaders and engineers.

You will manage enablement content, pipeline-driven activities, and executive-facing alignment, driving cross-functional collaboration across alliances, product marketing, sales, and field marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner marketing, alliances marketing, or GTM roles in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the joint go-to-market strategy and annual partner marketing plan across technology and ecosystem partners.
• Build and run co-marketing programs—joint campaigns, content, and events—with priority partners including NVIDIA and Weights & Biases.
• Define partner-led moments and how partners appear in CoreWeave-led moments.
• Set the partner marketing budget and prioritization framework across a growing portfolio of technology alliances.
