Job summary

Zenity LTD. in Denver seeks a Director of Partner Marketing to design and scale the partner marketing function across VARs, hyperscalers, and integrations.

You will build programs end-to-end, from enablement to joint customer marketing, and work with Alliances and Product Marketing to translate technical integrations into customer value. This build-and-run role requires proven program creation, autonomy, startup experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner or channel marketing
• Experience with VAR/solution provider partners
• Track record of building partner programs end to end
• Comfort being slightly technical and understanding integrations
• Startup experience and ability to work with limited budgets
• Ability to operate with real autonomy and take ownership

Responsibilities

• Build and run channel marketing programs with VAR/solution providers
• Own co-marketing programs with hyperscaler partners (e.g., AWS, Microsoft)
• Design ABM partner campaigns with multi-touch programs
• Collaborate with Alliances and Product Marketing on go-to-market for integrations
• Create high-leverage co-marketing programs for startup scale
• Represent partner marketing needs with partner counterparts at major vendors
