Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with financial modeling, asset tracking technologies and data analysis software.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making.
• Experience presenting complex reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset strategies aligned with client objectives and long-term property performance.
• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans to enhance assets and guest experience.
• Identify strategic enhancements for growth and revenue optimization.
• Evaluate and implement technologies to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Support expansion initiatives including planning and opening new locations within the portfolio.
• Monitor asset performance to optimize use and long-term appreciation.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships for quality service and cost efficiency.
• Prepare budgets and monthly profit/loss reviews by location.
• Deliver required financial and operational reports.
• Lead capital improvement budgeting with project management teams.
• Collaborate with LAZ teams to drive new business and receivables.
• Ensure optimal parking rates and best practices across the portfolio.
• Assist with due diligence and onboarding of new acquisitions.
