Job summary

Bankrate, a Red Ventures brand, seeks a Director of Paid Social to own and scale Meta and TikTok campaigns. You’ll craft channel strategy, manage budgets, and set measurement standards to drive profitable growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams, design tests, and optimize creative direction to maximize CPL, CVR, and revenue at scale, with a focus on seven-figure monthly performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing / paid social
• Proven ability to scale channels with data-driven testing
• Strong leadership and communication with executives

Responsibilities

• Own paid social channel strategy, budget, and ROI
• Lead testing framework and creative direction for Meta and TikTok
• Collaborate with Creative, BI and agency partners to drive growth
• Present performance updates to executive leadership
