Qualifications

2-4 years hands-on paid social campaign experience on Meta and TikTok.
Strong analytical mindset focused on CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPM, and funnel data.
Direct client account management experience with presenting insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead paid social execution and day-to-day account management across Meta and TikTok.
Scale campaigns while optimizing CAC and ROAS.
Manage and adjust budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with creative and analytics teams on ad testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
Conduct daily monitoring, pacing, bid adjustments, and reporting to meet objectives.
Provide proactive updates and learnings in a client-facing Slack channel.
