Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma City seeks a Director of Pharmacy – Outpatient to lead OU Health's outpatient pharmacy enterprise, including both retail and specialty pharmacy services. Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (D.Ph.) degree required.
• At least five (5) years of progressive leadership experience required.
• Licensure as a Pharmacist by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy required; licensure within 90 days of hire if not currently licensed.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for outpatient pharmacy services, aligning operations with organizational goals.
• Develops, monitors, and reports KPIs related to financial performance, clinical quality, patient experience, and operational efficiency.
• Leads expansion of pharmacy services, vendors, contracts, and processes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local laws, accreditation standards, and HRSA 340B guidance.
• Oversees 340B program compliance and data validity for regulatory reporting.
• Represents outpatient pharmacy in system-wide committees and strategic discussions.
