Job summary

UCI Health seeks an Outpatient Specialty Pharmacy Clinical Lead to oversee clinical, administrative and financial aspects of the outpatient specialty pharmacy program. You will guide pharmacists, develop clinical programs, and drive quality initiatives in accordance with URAC and ACHC accreditation.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a licensed pharmacist in a hospital setting.
• Current CA pharmacist license in good standing.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical, administrative and financial aspects of the outpatient specialty pharmacy program.
• Direct specialty clinical pharmacists and oversee program quality management and accreditation compliance (URAC/ACHC).
• Develop and implement clinical programs (MTM, immunization, Travel Clinic) and improve reimbursement for high-cost medications.
