Job summary

RXinsider LTD. seeks a Director of Pharmacy to lead hospital operations at a specialized critical-illness recovery facility in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. You will oversee clinical, operational, staffing, and financial management, reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements include a PharmD, active Oklahoma license, and 3+ years hospital pharmacy experience. Leadership, regulatory knowledge, and patient-safety focus are highly valued. Relocation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree and active Oklahoma license required.
• Three+ years hospital pharmacy experience in past five years.
• BLS certification if required.
• State licensure requirements must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and regulations.
• Manage Adverse Drug Reaction Program and patient safety initiatives.
• Develop and lead employee training programs.
• Participate in quality assurance for drug utilization and efficacy.
• Monitor patient drug therapy with clinical teams.
• Implement at least one new clinical program annually.
• Foster continuous quality improvement in pharmacy operations.
• Provide patient and family counseling on safe medication use.
• Report to CEO and align with organizational goals.
