Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in a Perioperative Leadership role.
• OR experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in New Jersey.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: CCRN, CMSRN, CNOR, CEN, PCCN, CNML, NE-BC.

• Directs and coordinates operations of the unit with 24/7 responsibility.
• Directs and coordinates quality initiatives to align with organizational goals and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Oversees the departmental budget to ensure fiscal accountability for cost-effective care.
• Supports a healthy work environment that engages staff and promotes development.
• Interviews and onboarding of clinical staff.
• Coordinates with the AVP of Surgical Services on departmental needs and guidelines.
• Ensures patient data and medical records are kept confidential.
