Qualifications

- Experience with PHP and IOP preferred; inpatient/outpatient experience valued.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day PHP and IOP operations and groups.
- Achieve business objectives including admissions, visits, revenue, and patient outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement of operations.
- Lead with internal stakeholders to grow admissions and advocate outpatient care.
- Support business development and outreach to enhance referrals and brand awareness.
- Coordinate weekly group assignments and staff workload balance for patient needs.
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion and program development.
