Forest View Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Director of Outpatient Services to oversee outpatient programs, including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, and coordinate referrals from initial contact to treatment completion.

You will lead staff, develop policies, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to marketing and business development for the outpatient services.

Qualificações

• Master's Degree from an accredited university in social work, counseling, psychology, or related mental health field.
• Five (5) years of experience in a psychiatric health-care facility.
• Current LPC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT license issued by the State of Michigan.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation agencies' regulations and patient rights standards; CPR and HWC/CPI training required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the outpatient programs and services and oversee program delivery.
• Develop and enforce hospital policies and procedures for the department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Participate in senior management decisions and budget planning.
• Hire staff, conduct performance appraisals, and support staff growth.
• Market outpatient programs and drive business development.
• Maintain quality assurance and participate in hospital quality improvement.
• Oversee department safety responsibilities and policies.
• Schedule: Full time, salary basis, Mon-Fri.
