Job summary

MSD is seeking a Principal Scientist/Director, Value & Implementation Outcomes Research to lead value evidence generation for oncology programs (prostate and kidney cancers). You will design studies, manage budgets and vendors, and work with clinical development, medical affairs, biostatistics, market access and country affiliates to secure payer access and optimal reimbursement.

You will publish in scientific journals, present at congresses, and contribute to product development strategies

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in health-related field (PhD/MD/DrPH/ScD/PharmD) with fellowship in relevant discipline.
• 4+ years post-doctoral or 7+ years post-master’s in life science for NIR and Value Evidence.
• Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops value evidence plans and research studies across prostate and kidney cancers.
• Creates AMCP dossiers for U.S. payers and Global Value Dossiers for HTA submissions.
• Leads cross-functional collaboration to support reimbursement and market access strategies.
