Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing client seeks a Director of OT Engineering to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of OT infrastructure across AD, IAM, storage, security, backups, and platform services. You will align engineering with operational reliability and cybersecurity standards, while driving modernization in highly controlled OT environments.

Qualifications

Extensive leadership of OT infrastructure teams.
Experience designing and governing enterprise OT environments.
Strong knowledge of AD/IAM, virtualization, storage, and security in OT contexts.
Proven ability to drive multi-year infrastructure roadmaps and modernization initiatives.
Experience with vendor governance and budget forecasting.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the OT engineering strategy, architecture standards, and multi-year roadmap.
Align infrastructure investments with reliability, cybersecurity, scalability, and business objectives.
Establish standards and reference architectures across OT compute, storage, and platform services.
Lead modernization, lifecycle, and platform transformation initiatives.
Build and mentor OT infrastructure teams; provide governance and escalation support.
Oversee AD and identity management, RBAC, MFA, and privileged access controls.
Collaborate with OT cybersecurity leadership to ensure resilient, compliant infrastructure.
