Job summary

enGen seeks a seasoned leader to manage the Oracle ERP Cloud suite, including Finance, Supply Chain, and PPM, with a base understanding of Oracle Cloud EPM. You will direct day-to-day IT application support, mentor a global team, and guide major finance tech initiatives for clients.

The role requires multi-year management experience, strong Oracle ERP expertise, and a track record of delivering complex cloud solutions while driving strategic improvements across applications and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or IT.
• 7 years leading cloud ERP projects.
• 5 years in a management role.
• 5 years with Oracle Cloud ERP applications or similar Cloud ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, coaching, performance management and staff productivity.
• Design and lead finance system implementations aligned to business strategy.
• Coordinate cloud upgrades and system enhancements for performance.
• Ensure financial modules operate effectively with quality measures.
• Build and lead onshore/offshore teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Assess service portfolio costs/risks and rationalize for business value.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
