Job Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership for KNX Logistics, ensuring excellence for customers
• Lead and develop logistics teams, fostering a positive work environment
• Build trust and collaboration across departments
• Review and improve operational systems and SOPs
• Ensure customer service excellence and cost control
• Develop personnel and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage hiring, goal setting, and KPI reviews
• Maintain high service levels, working with sales and customers

Qualifications:
