Universal Technical Institute invites applicants for a Director of Education Operations to lead 6 Education managers and 90+ instructors, guiding education, admissions, student services and financial aid to align with KPIs. You will drive a high-quality student experience and cultivate a culture of excellence.

You will recruit and develop top operating talent, foster campus-wide collaboration, and champion student success with visibility and humility across all campuses.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Business Administration or Management preferred.
• 10 years of progressive experience in operations or service industries with 5 years in leadership and P&L/budgeting.
• Strong leadership, project management and strategic thinking with ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to navigate a matrix organization in a fast-paced environment.

We're hiring a Director of Education Operations to lead our teams and drive our mission forward. This role is for a strategic leader who is passionate about people and team development. You'll oversee 6 Education managers and 90+ Instructors, empowering them to create an unparalleled learning environment. Your leadership will directly influence student success and shape the future of our organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Business Administration or Management preferred.
• Experience: 10 years of progressive professional experience in operations or service-related industries, with 5 years in leadership or management, including P&L/budgetary responsibility.
• Skills: Exceptional leadership, project management, and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Skills: Ability to navigate a matrix organization and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Abilities: Must be able to sit and walk for prolonged periods, use a keyboard, and occasionally travel overnight.
