Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking an Education Manager to lead the Education department, mentor instructors, and drive student success.

You will partner with instructors to elevate learning, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing team through development and recognition. The role is based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience: 5 years of prior teaching and/or management experience.
• Skills: Project Management and strategic thinking abilities.
• Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
• Skills: Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Skills: Proven time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
