Job summary

The role blends analytics with strategic oversight to drive timely leadership decisions. Responsibilities include establishing an integrated framework, identifying early deterioration signals, coordinating reviews, and coaching teams.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years related progressive experience, including experience in process improvement; minimum of 4 years management experience.
• Six Sigma Certification required or obtained within a reasonable time of hire.
• Experience designing enterprise performance-management practices and familiarity with BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Establish an integrated performance framework linking enterprise priorities to meaningful outcomes and accountable owners.
• Identify early signals of performance deterioration, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead scenario analysis to evaluate potential operational developments and recommend contingency actions.
• Translate complex findings into concise decision support and recommended responses.
• Coordinate diagnostic reviews with business and functional leaders to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
• Define intervention triggers and escalation recommendations with accountable owners.
• Guide analytical priorities and the development of dashboards and recurring performance reviews.
• Track the effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed.
• Partner with Finance to align operational insights with financial implications.
