PGIM’s Operational Risk Management team seeks a Director to lead risk assessments and control reviews across product, marketing, and distribution units. You will partner with control functions to promote risk awareness and drive remediation of issues.

Responsabilités

• Conduct risk assessments and validate controls for processes and products.
• Analyze risk events, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Report to Senior Management on risks, events, and remediation status.
• Support internal audits and coordinate with audit teams and regulators.
• Promote risk framework policies across PGIM Product, Marketing, and Distribution teams.
• Monitor emerging risks and coordinate with regional offices.
