Formación

• 5+ years of asset management exposure.
• Experience across 1LOD, 2LOD, or 3LOD in risk and control issues.

Responsabilidades

• Actively contribute to the global Operational Risk Management function and broader Risk Management department to develop and maintain best-in-class technical, business, and administrative practices.
• Provide global operational risk coverage of assigned businesses within the Investment Management Division; deliver technical expertise and drive consistency in the application of risk and control assessment methodologies.
• Provide senior leadership and governance forums with appropriate information regarding operational risk exposures, control effectiveness, and remedial actions.
• Provide independent oversight over operational risks and credible challenge to the first line of defense; monitor risk appetite compliance across assigned business lines.
• Lead special projects and initiatives at the regional and global level as directed by senior ORM leadership.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of operational risk frameworks and policies relevant to the Investment Management Division.
