Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks a Director Operational Excellence Site Leader (Finance) to drive the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) transformation across the site and potentially multiple sites. You will partner with Site Leaders to set the AOS roadmap, align priorities, and enable scalable deployment across planning, sourcing, materials, and quality, coaching leaders and driving end-to-end improvement.

You will coach leaders, lead method development, and oversee continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles and tools.
• 8+ years of project management experience across strategic and tactical change projects.
• Business fluent in local language and English.
• Experience influencing and communicating with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives, including cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel to other locations for training or project support (limited).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize and organize improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit.
• Lead or support strategic and operational business challenges.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset with Lean methods and tools.
• Support and/or orchestrate the Hoshin Kanri process for the site.
• Drive productivity generation activities and coach managers on AOS use.
• Promote Agile & Lean mindset across teams and functions.
• Lead AOS community and enable key enablers.
• Drive and manage AOS qualifications of employees.
• Collaborate with the global AOS community to execute strategy.
