Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an Aerospace OS Site Leader to drive the AOS program across the site. You will align with the Site Leader and AOS Global Operations Leader to define the roadmap and enable scalable implementation in planning, materials, sourcing, and quality.

You will coach leaders, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes to fuel growth and operational excellence. This role requires travel and a strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years applying Lean Manufacturing and OS principles.
• At least 8 years of project management experience across strategic and tactical change.
• Experience influencing frontline employees, site leadership and executives with cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to travel to other locations for training or project support (limited).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize improvement events and AOS courses.
• Lead strategic and operational challenges within the site.
• Foster continuous improvement mindset with Lean methods and tools.
• Support Hoshin Kanri process and productivity activities.
• Coach peers and managers on AOS usage and Agile/Lean mindset.
• Promote change management across the employee population.
