Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace Urbana site seeks a Finance Site Leader to drive the Aerospace Operating System (AOS) deployment and end-to-end supply chain optimization across procurement, planning, production, distribution and logistics. The role requires coaching leaders, shaping the site roadmap with the Global Operations Leader, and leading change across functions to deliver growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles.
• 8+ years of project management experience on strategic and tactical change programs.
• Experience influencing and communicating with frontline employees, site leadership, and senior executives.
• Ability to travel to other locations for training or project support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize improvement events and AOS courses.
• Lead strategic and operational business challenges.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset with Lean/AOS tools.
• Support and/or orchestrate Hoshin Kanri at the site.
• Drive productivity and end-to-end supply chain optimization.
• Coach peers and managers on AOS usage and promotion.
• Lead and promote Agile & Lean mindsets across the organization.
• Share success stories and recognize stakeholders.
• Lead AOS community and enablers across the site.
• Drive AOS qualifications of employees.
• Participate in the global AOS community.
• Collaborate with AOS office to execute strategy and change management across the employee population.
