Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace seeks an Aerospace OS Site Leader to drive the AOS roadmap and its deployment across site functions. You will coach leaders, shape the AOS strategy and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes from procurement to logistics to support growth and cultural change.

You will partner with Site Leader and AOS Global Operations Leader, and act as a change agent shaping method development, scaling implementation, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years applying Lean Manufacturing and Operating Systems principles and tools.
• 8+ years of project management experience across strategic and tactical change projects.
• Business fluent in English and the local language, with ability to travel limited.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate improvement events and AOS courses to create value for the unit.
• Lead strategic and operational business challenges.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset with Lean and AOS methods and tools.
• Support and/or orchestrate the HoshinKanri process for the site.
• Coach peers and key managers on promoting and using AOS.
• Act as a thought leader for an Agile and Lean mindset.
• Advance AOS through sharing success stories and stakeholder recognition.
• Orchestrate, coach and lead AOS community and key enablers.
• Drive, motivate and manage AOS qualifications of employees.
