Pfizer is seeking a Senior Analytics Leader in Global Commercial Analytics (GCA) within Oncology Precision Medicine. You will partner with senior stakeholders across brand, franchise, and leadership to drive performance analytics, standardize methods, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategy and launches.

This role is dynamic, highly collaborative, and requires strong communication of complex data to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in biopharma, analytics, strategic consulting, business, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's preferred in a quantitative discipline.
• Prior experience supporting an oncology brand or franchise in a pharma commercial analytics or insights role.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of performance reporting for the assigned precision medicine brands across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences.
• Direct the use of secondary data sources to identify trends and inform brand strategy decisions.
• Guide analysis through patient segments to explain how disease characteristics shape market dynamics.
• Oversee subnational analytics to identify geographic variation in brand performance.
• Ensure the integrity of enterprise reporting infrastructure and validate outputs.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify emerging trends and frame commercial implications for leadership.
