Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Director of Patient Access Solutions – Oncology at our Ridgefield, CT site with hybrid work 2–3 days on-site. Lead patient support program strategy, manage HUBs, CoPay and financial assistance, and coordinate with brand teams and external partners to meet brand objectives and drive patient access.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred with 8+ years in market access, patient services or reimbursement.
• Demonstrated leadership experience; prior leadership roles preferred.
• Experience in Patient Support Programs and reimbursement; market access, specialty and/or marketing exposure.
• Successful track record managing external vendors; familiarity with compliance requirements (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Lead the TA team and develop patient support program strategy across therapeutic areas.
• Oversee design and execution of access services (HUBs, CoPay, financial assistance).
• Collaborate with brand teams and vendors to align programs with brand objectives.
• Present TA strategy, plans and updates to senior management and corporate leadership.
• Ensure cross-functional coordination with Finance, Brand Marketing, Access Solutions Operations, and Payor teams.
