Qualifications

• Ability to execute patient services strategy.
• Experience in stakeholder management and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements patient support program services for assigned product(s) to provide optimal patient and provider experience across prior authorization support, financial assistance, retail pharmacies and adherence programs.
• Leads execution and management of patient service programs across copay, adherence and external vendors.
• Coordinates day-to-day activities for patient support across all vendors.
• Participates in designing innovative service offerings and collaborates with analytics, marketing, and finance to align with brand objectives.
• Ensures materials and programs are compliant and approved by promotional review committees.
• Mentors internal and field stakeholders on program deployment and impact measurement.
