Job summary

Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA seeks a Director of Oncology to drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality, patient-centered cancer care. You will lead regional oncology initiatives, coordinate strategic plans, and monitor performance across disease-site programs, while mentoring teams to optimize overall outcomes.

Reporting to the CEO and Regional Director of Oncology, you will guide program development, support strategic imperatives, and align operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare operations management experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Clinical business certification or degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence for Memorial’s oncology service line and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead regional oncology initiatives and coordinate strategic programs and metrics.
• Mentor colleagues to enhance team performance and support departmental collaboration.
