Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related field; Master preferred.
• 3-5 years oncology office management experience; clinic setting preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all Operations Managers for assigned region and others as directed.
• Manages daily operations at clinics and coordinates work activities and schedules.
• Ensures safe, high-quality patient care by staff and monitors performance.
• Identifies process improvements and implements cost-control and efficiency measures.
• Mentors and coaches direct reports; develops staff through performance plans.
• Rounds in clinics to maintain visibility and staff relationships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related field

Master's degree preferred
