Tennessee Oncology, a leading community-based cancer care network, seeks a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to oversee multiple clinics and ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.

You will direct staff, manage daily clinic operations, and drive process improvements while collaborating with Providers, MD Partners and hospital leaders to align regional goals with the company mission. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s and oncology management experience valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related field.
• Prefer Master’s degree.
• Prefer 3–5 years Oncology office management experience, including at least 2 years managing multiple locations.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises all Operations Managers/Regional Operations Managers for the assigned region.
• Manages daily operations at assigned clinics and coordinates schedules.
• Ensures safe, high-quality patient care by staff.
• Evaluates performance and recommends hires, merit increases, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Drives process improvement and cost-control initiatives across clinics.
• Mentors direct reports and develops staff capabilities.
• Collaborates with Providers, MD Partners and hospital leadership to meet goals.
