Job summary

Eisai US is seeking an Associate Director/Director, MSLs in Oncology for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead field-based medical science liaisons, drive scientific leadership, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Clinical Development to support studies across the product portfolio.

Experience leading field teams and deep therapeutic area knowledge are essential. The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech, advanced terminal degree, and travel to conferences and KOL/HCP

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific terminal degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) with 8+ years of experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven experience managing field-based medical teams.
• Understanding of regulatory/ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
• Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction and management of MSLs within the region.
• Develop talent within the MSL team, including goal setting and performance assessments.
• Provide field-level scientific leadership in assigned therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and alliance leadership.
• Ensure targets are defined and accountability is driven.
