Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Clinic Nurse responsible for nursing care with evidence-based disease state management pathways. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care using a single standard of care across patients.

This per diem/day position requires WA RN licensure, CPR certification, and BSN preferred. Pay range is hourly from $50.72 to $90.17, with 72 hours per month and training commitments.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.
• Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care of patients according to organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
• Provide daily direction to non-provider clinical staff.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.

Education

The Clinic Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under his/her direction. The Clinic Nurse provides a single standard of care to patients using evidence based disease state management clinical pathways. This encompasses primary care prevention and chronic disease management including self-management support and coordination of care. The RN is responsible for providing daily direction to non-provider clinical staff. Work with the healthcare team to identify appropriate utilization of resources.

Per diem /variable hours

Monday - Friday /Days

Must be able to work 72 hours per month and attend full day trainings the first two weeks

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Washington required.
• Current Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
