Overlake is hiring a Director of Clinic Operations to oversee operations for Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC and affiliated clinics. The role leads clinic management, directs staff, and partners with physicians to achieve goals across care programs.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in health care administration, and strong communication skills. Some evenings/weekends work may be required, with a climate-controlled environment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of administrative health care management experience.
• Three years in direct clinic operations management.
• Physician practice management experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication; public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and operations of Overlake Medical Clinics, LLC and other clinics as developed.
• Supervise clinic management and supervisory staff; lead programs and performance targets.
• Partner with Associate Medical Director and physicians to align care and performance.
• Collaborate with program directors to integrate care across the continuum.
