Job summary

Horizon3 is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market for the Offensive Security portfolio and drive expansion into AppSec and ASPM. You will own strategy, messaging, and launches, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Sales to convert technical capabilities into market leadership.

The role requires a track record of building and leading product marketing teams, and delivering measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, and adoption in a fast-moving cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience leading, coaching, or managing product marketers and building high-performing cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success defining product marketing strategy across multiple products, use cases, and market segments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Offensive Security product marketing strategy, portfolio narrative, positioning, messaging, launches, and commercial plan.
• Lead the team responsible for portfolio products and motions including NodeZero pentesting and related security capabilities.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Enablement, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, adoption, and expansion.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into buyer value for CISOs and security leaders.
• Build and maintain structured operating rhythms, processes, and reusable frameworks to accelerate delivery.
