Job summary

Southwest Key Programs is seeking a Program Director to oversee a comprehensive program, including data and performance measures, and to represent the organization with youth, families, funding sources, suppliers, and the community served. Flexibility for scheduling and travel is required.

The role emphasizes ensuring contractual compliance, program quality, staff supervision, effective reporting, and collaboration with community partners to achieve program targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field with five (5) years supervisory/administrative experience.
• A Master's degree in social services or related field with two (2) years supervisory/administrative experience with at-risk youth.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be able to operate standard office equipment proficiently.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and hours outside regular workday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all contractual and grant-specific financial requirements are met.
• Adhere to contract terms and Southwest Key Programs policies.
• Outreach, recruitment, enrollment, and meeting monthly/annual targets.
• Monitor data and pursue corrective actions to meet program model expectations.
• Submit required reports to Regional Executive Director, Funding Source, and national HQ.
