Job summary

Responsibilities include developing program components, coordinating MOUs, monitoring budgets, generating reports, and maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, social work, sociology, or related field.
• Graduate degree in a human services field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in developing and implementing a program or business.
• 3+ years in senior management and overseeing youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CYD program components and resources.
• Lead and supervise CYD direct service staff.
• Ensure contract deliverables and compliance.
• Coordinate MOUs with youth-serving agencies in the CYD zip codes.
• Monitor budgets and monthly financial reports.
• Provide regular staff development and performance evaluations.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to the Regional Director.
